Joseph.H. Kwon : CEO & President
Before establish ‘ISSAC E & C’, Mr. Kwon worked as a newbuilding superintendent in   diverse parts for Teekay Corporation; LNGC cargo containment, Hull & Outfitting, Painting, finally HSEQ. Prior to that Mr. Kwon worked as commissioning & trial manager at DSME, where he was responsible for LNGC related commissioning & testing works include of sea trial. His first position was 3rd officer in ‘Hyundai Merchant Marine Company’ after graduate ‘Korea Maritime University’ in 1990. After that he was involved 1st LNGC project in Korea as superintendent and chief officer. Mr. Kwon holds 1st class deck officer license from ‘Government of Korea’.  

Roberto Wi : Technical director/Engineering division
Before joining the ‘ISSAC E&C’, Mr. Wi was mechanical superintendent of Total, Petroserv, GroupR etc. Prior to that he was commissioning manager at DSME same as our CEO. In where he was in charge of offshore/plant projects not only FPSO but also several different type of platforms, rigs etc.  He graduated Korea Naval Academy and He served for 5 years as chief engineer in Korean Navy and then he worked for shipping company as marine engineer. He holds marine engineer’s bachelor from Naval Academy.

David Ha : Director/ Procurement
Mr. Ha has more than 10 years experience from procurement and spare part supply in ‘SK shipping’ and his own company. He has various experience not only shipbuilding but also shipping business as vessel manager, preocurement, newbuilding superintendent etc. Prior to that he was marine engineer of VLCC tanker in same company. He also gradusted Korea maritime university and holds marine engineer’s bachelor. 

S.Y Jin : Director / Ship repairs
Mr. Jin is really speciallist for hydraulic system in korea; Thruster, winch/windlass, cranes etc.  He was in charge of after sales department at RollsRoyce korea more than 10 years. And then he owned personnel company to provide total service for deck machinery instead of ‘Towimor’. He has several engineering and serivice certificate from diverse marine equiment company, i.e  Aquamaster propulsion unit, Kawasaki Tunnel thruster, Towimor Winch & Windlass in Poland, Bjorge pump, Naniwa pump etc.
 
H. Y Lee : General manager / supporting team
Mr. Lee has experience more than 17 years in shipping & shipbuilding industry. In where his position was Rep. of after sales/ office manager/procurement manager etc. He is speciallist of wind power generator in korea. He also gradusted ‘Korea maritime university’ and holds ‘Marine engineer’ bachelor.
